A lovely house in Ince is home to 4 young people with emotional behavioural disorders.

They are looking for a new member to join the team. 

To create a home from home enviroment you would work

8am -10pm (sleep) 8am - 10pm followed by 4 days off, 5 times a month, which is a great life work balance. 

You must be able to drive, so you can take the young people to activities and you must some have support work experience. 

The company offer amazing training and will fund NVQ's which of course leads to a payrise.
