What's required to work for Lavoro Care:
- • Two forms of ID (at least one must be photo) i.e. passport / driving licence
- • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK – i.e. passport / biometric residence permit etc
- • Two recent proofs of address
- • Proof of NI number
- • Two passport photos
- • Car owner / drivers are preferred (essential if working with children and young people)
All job offers are subject to full safer employment checks including:
- • A fully enhanced DBS check (we also accept portable, enhanced DBS checks)
- • A minimum of two satisfactory written references (one must be current / most recent employer
- • Full employment history since leaving secondary education with an explanation of any gaps in employment
- • You will require a minimum of six months care experience which we can verify with references or have a recognised qualification in care / teaching
