Role: Children’s Residential Support Worker

Salary: £250 per day, £500 per weekend – weekly pay

Location: Liverpool

About the Role:

The nature of this role is to support Children and Young People who display emotional and behavioral difficulties and challenging behavior. As a member of our children’s team, you will be passionate about making a difference to a child’s life, striving for the best outcomes of those in your care.

Requirements of the ideal candidate:

-          Driving license is essential

-          6 months previous experience working with Children and Young People

-          Have a natural ability to build positive relationships with young people and earn their trust

-          Be able to manage challenging situations and difficult behaviours such as swearing, aggression, shutdowns, self-harm and conflict resolution

-          Be confident in utilising safe holds and restraints where necessary

-          Possess a can-do and compassionate attitude
