Children’s Support Worker – Stoke-on-Trent

Are you an experienced Children’s Support Worker looking to make a real difference? We are recruiting dedicated and resilient individuals to support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviour within a residential setting.

Available Shifts:

• Waking Nights: 22:00 – 08:00

• Full Day Shifts with Sleep-Ins – Earn a minimum of £250.00 per shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people

• Managing and responding to challenging behaviours in a safe and positive manner

• Promoting independence, wellbeing, and personal development

• Ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months UK experience working with children or young people

• Experience supporting children with EBD and challenging behaviour

• Enhanced DBS (we accept DBS registered on the Update Service)

• Strong communication skills and a resilient, caring approach
