Children’s Support Worker – Wrexham & Surrounding Areas

We are looking for experienced Children’s Support Workers to support young people in residential and outward-bound settings across Wrexham. You’ll work with children with complex needs and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), helping them build independence, resilience, and confidence.

What you’ll do:

• Provide 1:1 and group support

• Manage and respond to challenging behaviours

• Support care plans and promote wellbeing

• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience working with children

• Experience with challenging behaviour or EBD

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Flexible to work days, nights & sleep-ins
