Waking Nights are shifts that run through the night, requiring the Worker to work overnight, remaining awake and carrying out a full work shift of duties and tasks related to the relevant care package in place. Shifts can vary dependent upon the client’s needs but often fall into the following hours, 22:00 – 08:00, 22:00 – 09:00 or 20:00 – 08:00.
