This FREE package is a face-to-face training program worth more than £750 to everyone. It ensures that each worker is fully compliant and capable of carrying out their specific duties and that mandatory and company procedures are understood and adhered to. The training covers many areas including:
- Challenging Behaviour
- Medication
- Epilepsy and Rescue Medication
- Autism
- Diabetes
- PBS
- Mandatory Training Requirements
- Report Writing
- Expressive Communication
- Bespoke training for specific Clients as necessary
If you have relevant experience, Lavoro Care like to recruit people with the following:
- Experienced Adult and Children’s Support/Care Workers looking for a new challenge
- Experience in the Health and Social Care industry
- Experience in Children’s Services
- Qualified Health and Social Care workers
- Students studying or with relevant qualifications, preferably with placement experience
